There was aYouTube clip that came out last week of her when she was 19- normal, brunette and straight-looking, competing in a talent competition and I was absolutely blown away by her singing abilty.
Man, this girl can REALLY sing !
Her music today’s so beyond perfect… in radio, we say the success of a song depends on how strong the hook is... in layman’s terms, the verse or chorus of the song that makes it catchy so that you remember the words and sing along to them.
Her hooks are powerful and very quick…so she knows how to market her music.
Add the beauty, the voice, the weirdness and her sensuality and you’ve got an instant winner.
She played in Kitchener ( minutes from where I live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada) about 9 months ago and I’m kicking myself for not going to see her.
This young lady’s destined for greatness and I’m very happy for her.
