Wow- somewhat of an upset Tuesday night on Dancing With The Stars !
I had a feeling Donny Osmond, despite placing last and having his worst night evuh on Monday night would be voted into the Final 3.
Come on-it’s Donny Osmond…boy wonder from the 70’s, who, despite his mega geekiness all these years, has maintained a faithful following and earned himself respect along the way.
Is it the love for Donny and Marie and/or the Osmonds that saved him…or fans wanting him to do better than his sister did when she was on the show before ?
At least he didn’t faint !
The biggest shock was, not Donny advancing but Kelly Osbourne ! I honestly thought Joanna Krupa whould move ahead and you could tell she was visibly disappointed when told she was going home.
Is it the love for the Osbournes…their wacky TV show…their very odd dad, Ozzy and their very entertaining mom, Sharon that saved her ass or did America truly fall in love with a hard-working young lady who overcame her awkwardness and somewhat shyness to go far beyond her’s or everyone else’s expectation ?
I thought with Joanna’s drop dead gorgeous looks, killer body and very pro-like dancing ability, she’d be a shoe-in (no pun intended !)
Maybe it’s the media exposure both Kelly and Donny have had that was their big advantage over the others… I truly don’t know.
Go figure !
Now that my predictions for Aaron Carter to win the Crystal Ball have been long dashed, my money for next week’s winner is……….
Man- this is a tough one… Kelly The Dark Horse Osbourne, Mya, who technically’s the best of the lot…or Donny- we still -love-you Osmond.
Hmmmmmmmm… I’m going to go out on a limb on this baby and say Donny !
All I know is he better get all those Mormons back in Utah speed-dialing on Monday night after the show !
